Existem pessoas que são realmente bons gestores, pessoas que conseguem gerir grandes organizações, e por outro lado existem pessoas que são muito analÃticas e focadas na estratégia. Esses dois tipos não costumam residir na mesma pessoa. Eu coloco-me no segundo grupo.
